Join Us & Be Part of the #Hondatrained Adventure!

This Winter, we’re hosting a community-wide scavenger hunt, and we’d love for your business to participate! Let’s bring excitement, foot traffic, and community connection to local businesses like yours.

Event: February 1st through March 1st 

Registration Deadline: January 25th 

Participation Details:

Cost to Join: $100 for current business members. $200 for nonmembers ($100 new Membership + $100 Event Fee)

What You Get:

• Your business name/logo is featured on the official scavenger hunt map.
• A cling-on flyer (11” x 17”) for your window to show you’re a participating stop.
• Stickers and loot (to give out) to mark maps when participants visit your location.
• Exposure through social media, email campaigns, and event promotions.
• Increased foot traffic and engagement from local families, shoppers, and participants!
• Showcase your products or services by hosting a booth in our showroom during the #Hondatrained event, where we will unveil the grand prize winner. Meet attendees.
• Virtual Businesses will receive a custom password to share in place of a sticker. 

How to Join:

• Visit galewoodneighbors.org/Donate and submit payment. Members pay $100, Non-members pay $100 for membership, plus $100 for the event. For check payment contact: charlie@galewoodneighbors.org
• In the notes section, please mention #Hondatrained Scavenger Hunt.
• Email us your business name, logo, and contact details at:

Once you’re confirmed:

• We’ll add your logo to the scavenger hunt map.
• You’ll receive your event materials (Window flyer, stickers, and loot) to showcase and distribute at your location!

What Happens Next?

• You’ll be highlighted as an official stop for the community scavenger hunt.
• Participants will visit your business to collect clues and mark their maps.
